ComeWant Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At ComeWant, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your shopping experience on our global multi-vendor marketplace platform. This Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") outlines the conditions and procedures for buyers requesting returns or refunds for purchases made on the platform. This Policy applies to all transactions conducted through ComeWant and is binding on both sellers and buyers.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Return Period: Buyers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item, based on the delivery date recorded by the shipping provider.
  • Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all original tags, accessories, and accompanying documentation.
  • Eligible Cases: Returns are accepted in the following cases:
    • The item does not match the description (e.g., receiving a different item than ordered).
    • The item was damaged during shipping or has manufacturing defects.
    • The seller agrees to accept returns for reasons other than those listed above (subject to the seller’s policy).
  • Ineligible Cases: Returns or refunds are not accepted in the following cases:
    • Returns due to a change of mind by the buyer (unless explicitly permitted by the seller).
    • Customized or personalized items (unless defective or not as described).
    • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., underwear, cosmetics).

3. Refund Process

  • Submitting a Return Request: Buyers must submit a return request through their ComeWant account, specifying the reason for the return and providing relevant evidence (e.g., photos or a description of the issue).
  • Seller Review: Sellers will review the return request within 5 business days of receipt and respond. Sellers may require the buyer to return the item for inspection.
  • Return Shipping: Buyers must return the item to the designated address as instructed by the seller or platform. Shipping costs are handled as follows:
    • If the item is defective or not as described, the seller or ComeWant will cover return shipping costs.
    • If the return is due to the buyer’s reasons (e.g., change of mind, where permitted by the seller), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refund Issuance: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the seller confirms receipt and verification of the returned item’s condition. Refunds will be issued to the buyer’s original payment method, covering the item price and applicable initial shipping fees (excluding return shipping costs paid by the buyer).

4. Refund Amounts

  • Full Refund: Applicable for defective items, items not as described, or delivery errors, covering the item price and initial shipping fees.
  • Partial Refund: If the item has minor issues and the buyer agrees to keep it, the seller may offer a partial refund, with the amount agreed upon by both parties.
  • No Refund: Refund requests may be denied if the item does not meet return eligibility criteria or violates this Policy.

5. Seller-Specific Policies

As ComeWant is a multi-vendor platform, individual sellers may have their own return and refund policies, which must not conflict with this Policy. Before purchasing, please review the seller’s return policy (displayed on the product page) to understand specific requirements.

6. Dispute Resolution

If a buyer and seller cannot reach an agreement on a return or refund, the buyer may contact ComeWant’s customer service to file a dispute. We will review evidence provided by both parties and make a fair decision within 10 business days. The decision will be final.

7. International Orders

Returns for international orders may involve additional shipping costs and customs requirements. Buyers must comply with the return regulations of the seller’s country or region and bear related costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

8. Legal Compliance

This Policy complies with consumer protection laws in the State of Delaware, USA, and other applicable jurisdictions. If this Policy conflicts with local laws, the local laws will prevail.
