Welcome to ComeWant, a global multi-vendor marketplace connecting buyers and sellers worldwide. 2. Eligibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials to prevent unauthorized access.

4. Marketplace Rules

• Sellers: You agree to provide accurate product descriptions, prices, and shipping details, and to fulfill orders promptly while complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Buyers: You agree to pay the full amount for purchased items (including taxes and shipping fees) and provide accurate delivery information.

5. Payments

• ComeWant processes all transactions through secure third-party payment providers.
• Buyers must pay the full amount at checkout, including product price, taxes, and shipping fees.
• Sellers receive payments after order fulfillment, minus applicable service fees as outlined in our fee structure.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the ComeWant platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, images, and text, is owned by ComeWant or its licensors. Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant ComeWant a non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable license to display, promote, and use such content on the platform.

7. Termination

If you violate these Terms, including but not limited to fraudulent activities, platform abuse, or illegal conduct, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

ComeWant is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the platform will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, USA.
